Just left Surterra after my first visit, and first I have to say that the staff was PHENOMENAL! Abigail answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. Very happy with the quality of the products available and the friendliness of the staff, and I will DEFINITELY be going back.

Amazing quality and amazing employees who don’t rush u even when they r closing

I always like going to Trulieve in Venice; it has a fresh, welcoming atmosphere and it's close to our home. The Counter Attendants are always helpful and have a cheery attitude. Having said that, this is the first time I've written a Review. Yesterday, Holly was extremely helpful; she made at least two trips to the Storeroom in order to get me everything I needed. She also Educated me. Holly did all the above while maintaining an extremely upbeat attitude. Thank you, Holly! To all the other Attendants who've gone without my reviews, Thank You! Joan G. r

Good product. A little more expensive than other dispensary's but it's convenient if you live in Lake Placid

Thank you to the amazing staff at the Okeechobee store. You guys are amazing. You make it look seemless and effortless. You always wear a smile no matter what is going on. We didn't feel the shortage of Mini's as much as all the other stores because Sabi took care of us. She went thru hell and high heaven by reaching out to the Managers of the Suppliers. We don't feel a lot because of Sabi and her incredible staff. Savannah thank you for your beautiful smile and always being attentive to everyone. Lauryn, thank you for being simply awesome. By far the best experience in a dispensary, and this is a lot, considering it is a fairly new field of business, and most dispensaries give it a serious try to establish themselves with customers. Nevertheless, the service I received form Samantha B really stood out. She has outstanding customer attitude, her demeanor makes you feel that there is no other place she'd rather be at that moment, which is rare. Very impressed. Thank you Samantha!

I’ve been using trulieve for 2 years now, it’s always consistent minus one incident they were more then willing to correct or compensate. Trulieve is my forever home for my medicine and information on cannabis products and how to use them correctly and safely. Also huge shout out to Christal and Stacey for always insuring my order is precise and correct her and Stacey go above and beyond always.

This is probably the coziest dispensary I’ve been to. Don’t go on expecting fancy, you’re at the wrong place. Liberty has by far the best vape carts that I’ve tried so far, and will continue to visit them

I love this store, I used to have to commute to Winterhaven for my medicine now I shop locally!!! They had a brand new variety of products today when I stopped by and The staff are always positive and happy to see you when you walk in, always smiles! The medtenders and front desk host are very friendly and are willing to fit every need you could possibly have. Their products are by far the best I’ve had in my 3 years of being a patient. I highly recommend the new Keif that MUV released. It is very helpful when needing an extra kick for pain or sleep. Overall, beyond satisfactory.
