I always like going to Trulieve in Venice; it has a fresh, welcoming atmosphere and it's close to our home. The Counter Attendants are always helpful and have a cheery attitude. Having said that, this is the first time I've written a Review. Yesterday, Holly was extremely helpful; she made at least two trips to the Storeroom in order to get me everything I needed. I’ve been using trulieve for 2 years now, it’s always consistent minus one incident they were more then willing to correct or compensate. Trulieve is my forever home for my medicine and information on cannabis products and how to use them correctly and safely. Also huge shout out to Christal and Stacey for always insuring my order is precise and correct her and Stacey go above and beyond always.

By far the best experience in a dispensary, and this is a lot, considering it is a fairly new field of business, and most dispensaries give it a serious try to establish themselves with customers. Nevertheless, the service I received form Samantha B really stood out. She has outstanding customer attitude, her demeanor makes you feel that there is no other place she'd rather be at that moment, which is rare. Very impressed. Thank you Samantha!

It was my first visit on Monday the 15th. Reception was friendly upon arrival. Both customer service people were very welcoming when I told them I was a first timer to Trulieve. Gave me information to review about their products and services. My purchases were high quality and will definitely do business again.

They’re phenomenal. Great product, superior product and they have incredible customer service. They have a lot of product, so many strains, such a selection. Their product is also strong. The distillate is AWESOME.
