It was my first visit on Monday the 15th. Reception was friendly upon arrival. Both customer service people were very welcoming when I told them I was a first timer to Trulieve. Gave me information to review about their products and services. My purchases were high quality and will definitely do business again.

I bought the Pai Gow Punch Nectar Cured Resin Cart in 0.5 g. This is a hybrid strain sitting at 75.3% THC. This is a really good cart for the day time, it eases my anxiety and helps me relax, but also uplifting and energizing. It's definitely tastes more like weed, but it's still delicious.

Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.

They’re phenomenal. Great product, superior product and they have incredible customer service. They have a lot of product, so many strains, such a selection. Their product is also strong. The distillate is AWESOME.

Taylor and the entire team took such good care of me and being new to Florida from California it helped to get tips on staying safe. Loved the inside of this shop and out of them all in PCB this is my new fav spot. Taylor rules too. She’s funny and so knowledgeable. My entire complex goes here and recommended me to them and now I see why.

Just left Surterra after my first visit, and first I have to say that the staff was PHENOMENAL! Abigail answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. First time customer. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The prices are great and the sales are phenomenal. The product, WOW!! Superior product, the distillate is top shelf and the flower is so smooth. Compared to all the other dispos in the area this one has the most quality bud sunburn has good bud but it’s expensive and not quality that I’m use to being a Colorado native. curleaf had the worst flower of them all same with Saturra. Only thing comparable is müv but there prices are way higher so this matches my quality. A lot of there strains have taste in them unlike other dispos. Very caky and fruity. Edibles hit very well . Only negative I would say is the wait time and parking but that’s palm beach for you
