Five star experience from start to finish . Jena was very helpful and knowledgeable while being friendly through out my visit . She had solid recommendations and made the overall experience fun and enjoyable . The place looks like an Apple store except I left happy and looking forward to my next visit . My experience here was great, despite having bad experiences at other Muv locations. The employees at Auburndale Muv were extremely friendly and provided helpful info about sales. There were several good strains available to choose from and the wait was relatively short.

This was my first visit to this dispensary and wow! They have friendly/excellent customer service. I did not ever feel rushed and Michelle kindly answered all of my questions and was super helpful and friendly. I’ve had experiences elsewhere here in Florida where the employees look like they hate their lives working in a certain dispensary and I never felt welcomed and always felt like a number. Not here. Excellent selection of quality medical product, accessories and great first time promotion. I will definitely be back!!

I decided to up my products and today purchased a Loofa Dragon Egg. I had never used a product like this so the associate members at the Lakeland facility took their time and explained to me exactly how to use it and what not to do and gave me some very good advice. I'm terrible with names but I just wanted to give a shout out to everyone that works at the Lakeland dispensary. They always know me by name and they always make a point to speak to me even if They are not my bud tender for The day.
