My driver was awesome, very informative on the products, and super easy to talk to. Everyone on their team has been awesome, from the guy who called me to tell me that my order was under $75 and there would be a fee, had I not known I would've paid the same amount for less products. Also special shoutout to Eddie, whenever I call their Orlando location if he's in I'm talking to him. Dude is super cool, very informative, gave a awesome breakdown on the vape carts, and he needs a raise, or a promotion. Make him VP or something, dude is awesome. This is now my go-to spot.

I have bought from multiple dispensaries and have found Trulieve to have the best products and most efficient service. Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose.
