First time, staff was friendly. I ordered ahead online and it was ready on time.

The staff was so helpful with helping me choose the products needed for my medical needs. Took their time educating me on all the options and treatment methods. The discounts and bundle promotions were very much appreciated.

At first there was some issues. Of course me being a first timer and not knowing certain things and Vice versa is what lead to these issues. So I had decided not to deal with this store and just go elsewhere at this point but then this professional,polite,kind, patient and lovely lady by the name of Abby came in and fixed the issue and on top of that walk me through the settings and process and just like that I haven’t gone to no other place in fact I come here just because she is here. Btw thank you again today for helping me out again. She really goes above and beyond.

The store is well displayed with actual flower to look and smell before purchase. the staff were very well educated on the product and were the only ones that have a %of terps in the flower not just the thc. i was able to get some super tasty choices and they have great deals.

The budtenders ,are very knowledgeable about all of there products, they also help one surf through all of the specials and sales to help keep some of your money in your pocket. I have smoked Marijuana for many years and the only edibles that have worked for me came from Planet 13, thanks to the encouragement of the budtenders. way to go!

I always like going to Trulieve in Venice; it has a fresh, welcoming atmosphere and it's close to our home. The Counter Attendants are always helpful and have a cheery attitude. Having said that, this is the first time I've written a Review. Yesterday, Holly was extremely helpful; she made at least two trips to the Storeroom in order to get me everything I needed. This was my first visit to this dispensary and wow! They have friendly/excellent customer service. I did not ever feel rushed and Michelle kindly answered all of my questions and was super helpful and friendly. I’ve had experiences elsewhere here in Florida where the employees look like they hate their lives working in a certain dispensary and I never felt welcomed and always felt like a number. Not here. Excellent selection of quality medical product, accessories and great first time promotion. I will definitely be back!!

I visited Fluent in 2020/2021 and really enjoyed the overall experience each time. Highly recommend.
