A fantastic budtender named Sofia Deer,Aassisted me, an old 69 yr old that couldn't get Can Pay right. She was extremely patient and wonderfully pleasant. You should be proud to have an employee like her. It's a reason I keep coming back. BRAVO Sophia!!

Simply LOVE this MÜV store! I was not too fond of them before from some of their other stores, but between the tenders, the clean and nice atmosphere, this one put me back on MÜV and their products. The employees are fantastic. If I were you, look for either Brad, he is very knowledgeable with the products and VERY easy on the eyes, Patrick, because he just gets along so well with you and vibes, and Tyshawn (Or Tyrone, not sure which!), because he is just funny and genuinely tries to help you as a patient. they are all great but try and avoid the long-haired female. Not sure of her name, but she was rude and seemed fake to me. Prices are sometimes high, but their stuff is worth it and they always have great sales, so it really isn't all that expensive. All in all, this store is great, and I highly suggest you try it if you are looking for a dispensary!

This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Appreciate you.

This is probably the coziest dispensary I’ve been to. Don’t go on expecting fancy, you’re at the wrong place. Liberty has by far the best vape carts that I’ve tried so far, and will continue to visit them

I’ve been using trulieve for 2 years now, it’s always consistent minus one incident they were more then willing to correct or compensate. Trulieve is my forever home for my medicine and information on cannabis products and how to use them correctly and safely. Also huge shout out to Christal and Stacey for always insuring my order is precise and correct her and Stacey go above and beyond always.

By far the best experience in a dispensary, and this is a lot, considering it is a fairly new field of business, and most dispensaries give it a serious try to establish themselves with customers. Nevertheless, the service I received form Samantha B really stood out. She has outstanding customer attitude, her demeanor makes you feel that there is no other place she'd rather be at that moment, which is rare. Very impressed. Thank you Samantha!

The staff are excellent and have a great knowledge base. They offer text alerts to stay updated on the daily sales. There are discounts daily and they offer a good veterans discount.

Nice clean & airy. Tenders are chill & knowledge. Their concentrates are on par w top shelf stuff. Great pricing & reward program. This place is now on my list of weekly shopping. Looking forward to seeing new products!!!

A few weeks ago my husband and I met Tim from The Greeen House while visiting Marriott Crystal Shores on Marco Island, and he was fantastic! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the products. He even gave us some awesome koozies, which was such a nice touch. What really stood out was his honesty — if he didn’t know the answer to something, he didn’t pretend to. Instead, he recommended we stop by the store and speak with Sally, and she was absolutely amazing too! She took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel completely comfortable. Tim recommended the Lullaby Gummies and said they were the best seller in the store since we were looking for sleep aids. Sally confirmed it when we went in, and they were spot on! We got Tambra’s card and will definitely be ordering more when these run out. We both have been sleeping like a baby! The customer service from both Tim and Sally was top-notch. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people have a great experience. Highly recommend stopping by The Greeen House on Bald Eagle if you’re on Marco Island! It was a First Class Experience!  Thank you, Tim and Sally!

My fave dispensary since my first visit - the quality and staff can’t be beat.

Compared to all the other dispos in the area this one has the most quality bud sunburn has good bud but it’s expensive and not quality that I’m use to being a Colorado native. curleaf had the worst flower of them all same with Saturra. Only thing comparable is müv but there prices are way higher so this matches my quality. A lot of there strains have taste in them unlike other dispos. Very caky and fruity. Edibles hit very well . Only negative I would say is the wait time and parking but that’s palm beach for you

Just left Surterra after my first visit, and first I have to say that the staff was PHENOMENAL! Abigail answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. Very happy with the quality of the products available and the friendliness of the staff, and I will DEFINITELY be going back.
