Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.

At MUV they make me feel very comfortable, the staff know their products and are very informative. I liked that they take the time and explain what product is best for me. place is very clean and organized, I look forward to going there

Surterra has a clean, relaxed vibe and a welcoming atmosphere. The budtenders are always friendly and knowledgeable, and the products are consistently top quality. Their sales are great too. Boutique experience, so much better than the Big Box dispensaries.

The budtenders ,are very knowledgeable about all of there products, they also help one surf through all of the specials and sales to help keep some of your money in your pocket. ARY Eustis is My GO TO Dispensary. Everyone is super knowledgeable and do their very best to find the correct product for what you're looking for, no lie . Believe me when I say, I've tried the Rest & Return to the Best! While they generally don't remember our names but they do remember Us.

The store is well displayed with actual flower to look and smell before purchase. the staff were very well educated on the product and were the only ones that have a %of terps in the flower not just the thc. i was able to get some super tasty choices and they have great deals.

Been here a few times! Luis was my budtender twice and was very friendly and knowledgeable! After a bad experience at MUV, truileve is now my favorite dispensary in central Florida! would recommend the eustis store to anyone in the Orlando area just because of the staff that works there!

Winter Park location has Incredible management and great customer service. I would go out of my way to shop this location. Deshaun went above and beyond.

Five star experience from start to finish . Jena was very helpful and knowledgeable while being friendly through out my visit . She had solid recommendations and made the overall experience fun and enjoyable . The place looks like an Apple store except I left happy and looking forward to my next visit . I walked in to make my purchased on a Sunday afternoon. I initially expected it to be busy, but it was actually less than a 5 minute wait. I had the opportunity to work with Tylor and he was all over it. He made great recommendations and also took the time to explain the new dispensable calculations. Thanks again Tylor. I would say just the overall experience at this location with their team has been better than the other surrounding locations.
