I shop here because of the crew and the welcoming environment. I have shopped here about 6 months and I'm happy with my favorite dispensary.

Xay is so patient i asked him a lot of questions and he still remained patient and professional and compassionate with me EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION ARE NICE AND ITS LIKE BEING WITH FAMILY, i know i drive them all crazy and can be annoying BUT THEY STILL BE SUPER NICE AND COMPASSIONATE BECAUSE THEY UNDERSTAND MY ANXIETY I APPRECIATE THEM ALL AND XAY DENZEL AND JUST EVERYONE I CARE ABOUT

Absolutely wonderful costumer service! Deshaun, Von and Brandon were excellent! They all helped me by pointing in the right direction for exactly what I wanted and so knowledgeable about the products! First time shipping here and I’ll definitely be back soon.

Joshua helped me fill my prescription while I was evacuated from my hometown due to Hurricane Sally. It was my first time at curaleaf and I enjoyed my experience. I appreciated the care to compliance and making sure my order was exactly as I wanted it. I didn’t feel like the bud tender hovered over me, but was also available for my questions, while also providing a training experience for a fellow employee. Which, as someone in the industry and general experience training in those environments, is a multi tasking ability I really appreciate. I look forward to your Pensacola location opening.

I have only been there twice now and going to dispensaries is quite new to me,But from a new patients perspective they had wonderful welcoming service both visits I have had there so far, a relaxing atmosphere with the staff cracking a joke or two with the customers but still extremely professional at the same time. Their discounts are awesome and word of mouth in my home town is that they are the best. I will be going back.

Last Friday I went to Trulieve too pick up an order,and man were they busy. I got AWESOME help from a PRICELESS SET OF SUPER LADIES !! They were over loaded with people and kept there professionalism !! TARINA, MERCEDES, and ANDREA were the only ones there, but they kept it moving!!! This was my first visit to this dispensary and wow! They have friendly/excellent customer service. I did not ever feel rushed and Michelle kindly answered all of my questions and was super helpful and friendly. I’ve had experiences elsewhere here in Florida where the employees look like they hate their lives working in a certain dispensary and I never felt welcomed and always felt like a number. Not here. Excellent selection of quality medical product, accessories and great first time promotion. I will definitely be back!!

The absolute best, no question. Best product, best staff, best facility, best quality the whole way around. They're the only dispensary I use and the employees are like family. They actually educate you on how cannabis "works," too! None better. None!

I don’t have any complains so far! First time shopper, meaning I got 60% off was wonderful! I got a great selection of strains amongst concentrate, cartridges, edibles and flower for a 100 bucks! Very nice and clean environment with kind staff!

I have been to every dispensary in the tri State of Florida for my medical needs. Seizures,PTSD and Chrons Disease. Surterra Wellness not only has the most knowledgeable and professional staff but the best quality strains but the only consistent inventory. Surterra is far and away the best dispensary in my opinion
