Great customer service. They genuinely care and want to help you find the right solution for your condition. The stock here is better than most other shops. I drive here from NSB because Trulieve never has good stock.

I am a disabled Veteran with degenerative back, hips and knee issues. The ONLY relief I have found to be able to function daily is Animal Face and Brownie Scout from Rise here in VA or MD (Rhythm or Dharma Pharmaceuticals). My particular situation is unique in that I am considered a "high metabolizer" and lower level opioids that are generally prescribed for pain are completely useless in my system. I didn't even know that was a thing until my degenerative problems have gotten where they are. I saw in a previous review that someone addressed the price and strength of Rise's flower. For all who don't know that is finalized by boards at the state level and is beyond the control of any dispensary in the State of VA. Hopefully things will be different soon. And yes, the flower is occasionally dry, but in my fragile state this is still what I need to be upright everyday. I always put my flower in an airtight jar with a bovida bag anyway. I will continue to shop at Rise regularly and I encourage patients who deal with pain on a daily basis give Rise a shot. You don't know what you are missing!

I stopped by the dispensary on the way home from work today. And I've always had a wonderful experience with the staff. Good vibes and good flower or whatever you prefer. If you are a Louisiana resident and live in the St Tammany area. Go ahead and check them out.

Overall a 10/10 experience Jayson greeted with a warm friendly smile. Double checked my order and connected with customers. Asks how your doing and what your plans are for the day establishes a personal level with customer which is very amazing to me. Down to earth polite and courteous. I highly recommend. I stopped by on 420 and I was very surprised. I found that Truclear 9lb hamner concentrate was on sale. Scott was very knowledgable and helpfull. I go to Trulieve because I know that I can trust Trulieve to have the very best products. I highly recomend Trulieve and their products. Insa is set up so nice and they have displays in the showroom with the product on display and has the option to smell and view the current harvest, and the quality of product is very good! I don't know why more places if not all are not set up this way. Ordering from a cell phone or tablet is not my ideal way to shop. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, One of the best dispensaries with great weekly specials and all-round great prices! They even have a good amount of apparel with Big sizes for guys like me.

Very good prices! Quality of product is also good! Definitely good medical cannabis. Their “Tahoe OG and “Kingdom Chem” are by far the best flower:) Not too big of a selection of accessories but hey its a dispensary not a smoke shop! Give them a try!
