I am thrilled to tell the incredible staff at Remedy that Niko went above and beyond what anyone should have for me. I had locked my keys in my truck. Niko said "I live in Novi, let me run you home on my lunch so you can get back in." It was one of the kindest efforts shown to me ever. I feel just like family when I deal with anyone in the store. Service was Immediate and hassle free! The lady at the front desk was very charming and polite. You hand whoever's working at the desk your Medical license and ID, and then you're allowed to go past the locked door into a spacey colorful room with some music playing at a comfortable volume. I loved the atmosphere! She was really helpful and it was easy to select what I wanted. Would definitely come here again and I look forward to my next visit.

Loved the place. I won't even go anywhere else unless I have to. They have everything I need pre vetted so it takes out the guess work for me. The friendly little dogs are a nice bonus too.
