this place is absolutely gorgeous on the inside as well as the outside.the gentleman that helped me today was an absolute blast to talk with.he was kind and patient with me as it was my first time in there buying something for myself like ever.i told the gentleman what I was looking for right down to the last detail and he came through for me.and even gave me some good recommendations on what to get and or try.which by the way I am so glad I did because it's all amazing.i will definitely send friends family and even co workers their way for business any time.i definitely give this place if I could a 100 star rating in my honest opinion.

6 months ago my cart had gotten stolen while was at a friends halloween party , when i had showed up to her house got out of my car it was there in the grass dirty but the oil was still clean the inside was not dirty and it still worked still charged everything it survived 6 months on rain and snow i didn’t expect to work i HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place

I can't remember the managers name but she is awesome. I love that she set up a profile for me so that I can keep track of the things that I felt did not work as well as the things that did work. This place is very helpful and extremely patient oriented. It's refreshing to go into a place that doesn't ask what kind of high you'd like to have

This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. had an issue with my card at the ATM and was going to downsize my order from 2 14g of shake to 1 14g but they heard the ATM dinging in the other room and knew I was having a problem and still let me get the 2 14g's for $20.00. will definitely be going back.

Short wait, extremely helpful staff. Took a solid 30 minutes to review the menu with me and made a few great recommendations. As another reviewer mentioned, the vibes are immaculate.
