But the main thing about clould 9 is the people that work here they go above and beyond to help you and somehow make you fill like your family. The location on Georgia Ave NW is easy to find, the staff walked me through the options since I’m coming across the border, and the products are fresh and potent. Highly recommend for folks in the DC/MD region.

I called first and they were helpful in letting me know the difference with medical and regular dispensaries which was very nice of whom I spoke with. Cane in. And my cashier Karisa M. Was very helpful, polite. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and also saved me some headaches by telling me to get a fernway indica vape for sleeping help compared to a worse brand. She didn't need to go out if her way. But she did. Like everyone there has for me when I have visited. Thank you. Karisa!

This place is amazing, it was my first time in and it was their year anniversary. They had sales the entire weekend even the lounge was free. Quincy the manager was my budtender and he was amazing showing me around and helping me with my first purchase. Def my new favorite place to travel to!!!

super awesome staff! the day before yesterday i walked in for some carts and flower. i got to the telly and one of the carts wasn't pulling.
