This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. Been shopping here a few years, spent alot of money, accumulated reward points, many points. They decided to cancel program, gave short notice, then canceled it a week early without notice. Messaging is clear, we'll take advantage of our customers. Avoid this shop, there's many others.
