They have a loyalty program, which is awesome to get points on every purchase that you can redeem later. Definitely my go-to place. Delivery ppl are awesome. They have weekly deals. I love mercy wellness. Every staff member that I spoke with has been very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. The quality is amazing and reasonable prices. I am on a tight budget but cannabis products help me so much. I have trouble affording the cannabis products that make me feel better. I saw they provided medical patients high-quality free products. Wish you would reconsider about the shut down. It's a dam shame after all the excellent help they have done for Douglas, bisbee and Sierra vista area, and for my family that has arthritis it was a heaven sent the medication for them now sadly they will have to spend the days in pain. I wish you would truly reconsider the closure

We were able to chat terpenes, medicinal qualities and structure of the plants with ease. I am delighted with the purchase. I drove from Novato to Santa Rosa and am deeelighted I did.
