My wife and I have been using Cloud Nine in Grande Isle for the past two years and have always received great service by staff. Their deep level of respect and spot in recommendations have been greatly appreciated. As an example, we were there tonight and needed a product to help my wife sleep, which is hard for her to do because of arthritis. The young man there (I wish I got his name) knew immediately what she needed and he was exactly what you want to see in these important roles: knowledge and an ability to seamlessly glide into a customers demeanor of needing a guide, an ear, a shoulder and a genuine interest in his/her situation. When we got home and researched his recommendation, it had everything that my wife needs in it. All of the staff we've worked with are great and their products are high quality. I am in the parking lot of the Commonwealth alternative the dispensary I was met by Kyle cuz Nico was not here I love them both the security guard Jamal he's very friendly he come out and helped me and especially Julie she came and gave me some toilet paper because I needed some and they were in a box I was sort of embarrassed but all I'm trying to tell everybody is this place is amazing and what makes it amazing is the staff that works here I feel that they really do care it's not just a job for them for them to be able to deal with me and I'm all over the place I recommend this place highly to anybody great staff

very chill folks. very informative and knowledgeable. I came to them with no idea what I can use and they were kind enough to educate me as well as do their best to help me pick products and strains that I can handle. everything I've gotten through them has been a good experience.
