Beautiful shop, friendly service, and fantastic product! Flower grown in nearby Hope, ME. Really appreciated how they organized the different strains according to the feeling they impart. Our budtender was kind and wonderfully helpful. I don’t frequent many dispensaries but this was by far my favorite experience yet.

Absolutely love coming in and talking to the crew. Love the relaxed, bright atmosphere and being able to talk and figure out what's gonna be best that week bc my favorite strains are o.o.s... Plus, fun chances to earn free mmj is always fun for any one. The Grab bags are always fun to pick. Definitely worth the money and time to come in. The product and the Employees are always worth it, they're always looking for better, and pulling product that doesn't meet their standards.

My wife and I have been using Cloud Nine in Grande Isle for the past two years and have always received great service by staff. Their deep level of respect and spot in recommendations have been greatly appreciated. As an example, we were there tonight and needed a product to help my wife sleep, which is hard for her to do because of arthritis. The young man there (I wish I got his name) knew immediately what she needed and he was exactly what you want to see in these important roles: knowledge and an ability to seamlessly glide into a customers demeanor of needing a guide, an ear, a shoulder and a genuine interest in his/her situation. When we got home and researched his recommendation, it had everything that my wife needs in it. All of the staff we've worked with are great and their products are high quality. I live just around the corner and this proximity lulled me into taking Smooth Remedies for granted as a local small dispensary among the ever growing herd of chain dispensaries everywhere in Maine. Mistake! This place is a find, from owner young yet knowledgeable Mike, to his affordable high quality products and well organized pleasant dispensary. His alternative to so called high potency tinctures like Thc-B, or P, or now foolishly illegal O, (all bought from highly reputable on line lab tested outlet) was a generic 10mg per mL tincture which for this aged and highly experienced user was at least equally as potent for positive mood, relaxation, pain relief at the lower!! less costly of the two potencies he offers!!!

I loved and adored the calm atmosphere! I left more educated and confident in my decision in shopping there!

Just had my second experience with this business after I said I wouldn't and I'm very happy about how it all turned out. I wasn't happy with a product and Jolene wanted to make sure she made it right with me even if it meant driving another 150 miles.....thank you! I overreacting and If anything I'm guilty of being a bit harsh and quick too judge and my sincerest apology. Customer service was and is excellent and would definitely do business with them again.

Great place! Very knowledgeable, and professional. The space is clean and inviting. Plants are awesome they used to have a great selection of edibles but one of the vendors stopped producing so now they have a bit less but still have some great choices
