After traveling far and wide around the United States—frequenting dispensaries in places with enviable legislation… this is the best the High Country has to offer. Apotheca’s selection is as wide and varied as their knowledge. I’ve spoken to one of the employees on several occasions, and all of my questions are answered with an astonishing level of detail and confidence. One of the employees is a joy to chat with—I’ve not caught her name, but she has a pretty cool cowboy boot tattoo. If you’re in the area and considering a trip to a dispensary, you’d be very hard pressed to do better than Apotheca.

I came here for a very specific strain and through conversation was made aware of their own strains. Seeing the passion from the employees and owner was enough for me to try something of theirs. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. I tried their hash face strain and it was perfect. It was a nice clean high and even uplifting at times. I will be back to this hidden gem in the very near future. Thank you to Karl with a K and James for the outstanding service.

This place and Dreamer are the two best dispensaries in Western Mass! Prices are truly unbeatable, look no where else but these two places!! $50 oz's??? What???? Unreal!!! All high quality too so you don't have to worry about mold! (Cough cough HEKA cough cough)

A great shop! It was a fun purchase, pretty much Dale (I think that was his name - cool dude!), and I just hung out talking about what we like in a high, and he recommended some great strains—walked out with a full allotment and looking forward to coming back.

great place, have been to dispensaries in fla., mich., tons in ohio, these guys are the best. dont know how they can be so nice close to closing. very well informed. if you have not tried them yet, you are missing out. i live in mansfield ohio, we have one, not as good.

I have chosen The Hempest as my favorite pot shop in Northampton. It reminds me of the Oregon Coast shops I used to live near. The product has been top notch. the folks there are friendly, the prices are fantastic. There is a nice vibe in there, people are enjoying working there, this is a good spot.

Drove over 90 minutes to their Northampton location to actually be able to say that I am now getting my stash directly from Cheech & Chong at their own storefront. As someone who truly appreciated their films in their youth. It fulfils a 21 year long dream of mine. It was an amazing photo worthy experience I will always remember. Their staff are super friendly and helpful. They sincerely work with you to really dial in discovering the effects you want. To help connect you with the right products that they have in stock within your budget. Their deals are absolutely outstanding. In these rough economic times it's good to know that they are still looking out for us. By providing the highest quality cannabis products that we can actually afford. Just found this place about a month or two ago and we’ve been there a few times now. They are new to the area and haven’t been open long. Great staff and friendly atmosphere. They have a good catalog of product and it seems to be growing. We will definitely keep them as one of our go to locations.

You can tell she’s very knowledgeable about the products she carries, and she made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I have been to several dispensaries throughout the state, HigherCollective in Dayville Connecticut is got to be the best. Because of the people that all make it run. I think they got every other dispensary beat when it comes to quality , price and just pure friendliness we love our higher collective ,, It’s a great place.
