Cool dispensary. They recently switched-up their rewards program, not the biggest fan; however, the staff and selection at the Newington spot are on point. Really awesome and genuine folks/budtenders there, which only makes the experience better.

this is by far my favorite store in the area. I drive past two others just to go there because I love the people that work there they’re super friendly. You can tell them what you need medically and they recommend the best products! I’ve gone to other stores and the quality and the price doesn’t even come close. I switched from above all greenery and I will never go back anywhere else! I’ve tried them all! If there’s ever a line they’re super fast! The blue lobster strain is no joke. That stuff is so good! if I can give them 10 stars, I would!

Great experience! ... This is how a good business -- every business --should be run, and in the Puffin's case it is. Everything about my purchase was done smoothly and efficiently through online ordering (but paying in store upon delivery) ... and what Maine state law stipulates. SOTM is the very finest retail store that I've ever been to, and not just Cannabis dispensaries, but all types of retail stores!!! The staff is amazing! Three people that have helped me in my purchase decisions and that treat customers like friends are: Will, Emerald and the owner, Ronnie. Will is very friendly and knowledgeable! Ronnie is a model business owner who works the sales floor often and he knows how to please his customers with his vast Cannabis knowledge, his amazing product variety, his great pricing, his enjoyable, upbeat personality, and his customers come first priority!!! I've had the pleasure of being helped at SOTM by a long time, wonderful floor person, Emerald! She is an inspiration to everyone with her truly beautiful customer interactions. I went to Devine dispensary after seeing they were the only place in the Berkshire area with Skunk #1. .... After research I decided I had to find this and Devine had it... plus moon rocks too which no one else had......both products I got.. the Skunk #1 and the sour deisle moon rocks and the Black cherry moon pebbles where all the best I've had in a long time

It was quick and easy but the guys behind the counter were helpful. They were nice people all around and it was a good experience.

Great customer service/patient service. The ladies are super nice. I just don’t like that we are not able to pay with card online and just pick it up. Their selection are not as wide as other places. Which is what prompted me to change the location.

I'm disabled and on a super tight budget. The prices and quality here are amazing. Being able to look online and order a head helps a lot since I have mobility issues.
