this place is great . I drive an extra 1 1/2 hours to go here . the people are great , friendly , and knowledgeable about the product. The quality of the product is very good and the prices are fair . This is my go-to place for my smoking needs .

Litchfield is lucky to have Windy City, great products, prices are decent for Illinois. The staff is alway kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.

My bud-tender Avery was professional knowledgeable personable. She also remembered me and what I prefer.

They go thru alot of employees, but that seems to be standard at all the bud stores. However if your lucky enough to know one of there day ones Ian then your in luck. One of my favorite butenders in all of marquette county. He always takes care of me. Being a vet I appreciate him greatly. Never hesitate to shop here.

What an amazing store, the budtenders name was Alexa and treated me so well and told me everything I needed to know about the buds I had acquired and overall gave me a well based experience at a dispensary. We drove 4 hours round trip, it was well worth it. We were greeted with a great customer service smile by Armando, he informed us of everything we needed to know being first time customers. Corey then greeted us at the door, he answered our questions and referred us to a certain product, it was super quick and easy. I recommend The Firehouse, it's also easy to find on Hwy 139. I had bought an 1/8 of what was supposed to be a hybrid and got it and it was an indica, Randy gave me a $20 credit to make up for it, I couldn’t use my credit because I didn’t have cash and was a little frustrated. I went and got money from my mom on cashapp and didn’t have enough because of the atm fee. Randy paid for my order and asled I return it when I get paid and said he just wants people to be happy and come back and doesn’t want no one to go without. He didn’t have to do that at all. Everyone there is kind, (prolly cause they smoke that Kind Tree I ifykyk) I thank him for making the experience better and helping me even thought I was frustrated. Dude deserves a raise!
