Kyle was absolutely FANTABULOUS! I came in for the first time on my birthday, and of course technology hates me, so my rewards account wasn’t working! Luckily Kyle was there to swoop in, save the day, and make my birthday absolutely magical! I don’t know what he’s getting paid but he deserves DOUBLE! Besides Kyle being an absolute ASSET to the team, the atmosphere was top tier (seriously I felt like I was stepping into a mini art installation), the prices were to die for, and the bud was almost too strong (in the best way) Thanks again Kyle, and the rest of the amazing staff for making my birthday special! I’ll definitely be back!

Uriel was my bud tender and he was absolutely awesome! I had to leave the line twice to transfer money and was scared I was being an annoying customer. Uriel was so understanding and kind! I will definitely be back time and time again because of people like him. The entire staff at Ascend River North is top notch. I highly recommend this shop!!

Jason was my budtender today at Sunnyside Wrigleyville and he really knows his strains very knowledgeable and friendly. Companies need people like Jason. He's the reason why companies thrive and become successful he's at the front lines making sure people are satisfied and no matter how good the product is, if the service doesn't match you won't get customers back. I come there twice a month from New Martinsville area and always been happy with prices and everything about this place until today prices are way up and way to much for taxes but I'll still be there as always love the employees there I've always had a great experience .Prices should go down tho it's getting to be to much
