Today I went in to get my goods and I had just gotten out of the hospital and the man that helped me he went above and beyond to help me! He asked if I need a chair and then I forgot to get the debit card from my husband he even went out and got the debit card from my husband! Great service, it wasn’t busy so I had the whole staff to myself. They had run out of one of the strains I wanted, but an awesome staff member recommended Ocean Breeze and she was spot on with her recommendation. Always love when they know their weed.

Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

Best flower in the area. i loved that its grown 5 miles down the road in Dewey. Customer service is unbeatable. Friendly and professional and I love the one on one time they give each patient. The best dispensary around bar none.

What happens to the point system.??Haven't been able to accumulate for quite a few months now. Called to attention of several staff & one female employee said she hadn't been able to use hers for months also. PLEZ the old age crowd needs every bit of help we can get to deal with pain & sleeplessness.

I've never been into the place , I lost my ID , so my wife does the shopping for me, I told my wife over the holidays to go to CODES because they advertised some good prices only to have my wife leave in tears after the lady budtender gave her terrible service, I wasn't happy with the quality , SQUARE GROUPER MORGAN COUNTY cannabis is better than WA.weed, OR weed, CO cannabis, Illinois Cannsbis , Mexican brick weed we all smoked in high school and last but definitely not least Humboldt County weed from Cali.....SQUARE GROUPER will take the Pepsi chsllenge on that shit any day and win hands down. I love this place. The products are great, they have sales all the time, and every budtender I have ever been helped by, whether they were tending or acting as receptionist, has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Everyone here always goes that extra mile, makes you feel like they actually want to make you happy. Wonderful service, every time. Tonight, my budtender was Carlos, and he was was extremely sweet and helpful; really knew his stuff.
