I’m a new customer and new to some of the dispensary procedures. I spoke with their Pharmacist who was so very knowledgeable and an overall polite person! I went inside after the phone call with the Pharmacist. Front door staff were also super polite including the security staff. My budtender was the best! She knew exactly what I needed and provided many options. She explained how everything worked include grinders, vapes, pens, etc. Prices were reasonable and I received a great discount due to being new and first responder. Some reviews had me seriously worried but after going there in person, hands down excellent place! Highly recommend!

CJ and Dess were absolutely amazing! Went in after work for a reup and got pointed to some FIRE PB&J ice hash rosin, very satisfied with it! Will be back soon to try the papaya!

I had a visit from the manager Gemma and I felt incredibly valued as a patient and I appreciate her management style because whenever she is there I can tell the staff is relaxed and taking their time with patients. I was shocked and in disbelief how much time Evan M, Gemma, and Alex L took to tend to me and continue to expand on informing and educating me well after my sale was complete. Amazing service, amazing atmosphere, amazing product I didn't even begin to mention that GoldLeaf has an incredible selection. They have the lowest prices and they always have a deal. Recently moved to NC from CO. And Kefi Kanna has everything I need from strong Edibles, awesome Flower selection, Carts , disposable vapes. And wait the best part is they have a smoke lounge and dab bar awesome atmosphere with great vibes. Day pass was only $5. They had electric dab rigs to use and rolling trays stocked with papers, blunt wraps, tips, grinders everything you need to enjoy a nice smoke session.

Today, at the Mechanicsville location, the 25% off store-wide Medical discount was not applied to SunMed or one line of Fade leaf products. With a fixed income, I was not a happy camper, but thanks for the 10% senior discount, anyway.
