Omg the BEST MEDICINE I have found here in the Springs and surrounding area.even better than in Denver. Oh yeah baby. And all the staff members are so awesome and amazing. I appreciate them all especially evening staff. Them gentlemen and ladies are superb. I drive across town from the west side to the south east side to get this medicine.

This is a brand new location for them and dispensary for us! This is going to be my go to- they are the ONLY place here (Springs) to carry the strain-specific strain- that I need/want. The front area is big, and cozy with a couch, tv, water and atm. They have a great selection, and of course have many strains I haven't seen elsewhere in the springs. There is even a chat feature on their website and is answered quickly. The woman working the store was very helpful and quite sweet. Do yourself a favor, and drive over there. Thanks Silver Stem Rockrimmon-COS- I literally do not need to go anywhere else.

These people are wonderful, very welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. The budtenders are exceptional and hip individuals that have all only ever treated me with the utmost importance and respect as a customer/patient. Including on my worst days or after I've been cleaning or bathing the dog they are still as courteous as can be. They are appreciative of their clientele and express this with great products and prices. Earlier and later hours are a plus and they even have great sales and have customer appreciation days with barbeques, music, swag and more sales. Often they have a food drive to help with community challenges and awareness. Which I think is again exceptional as well as inspirational and phenomenal. Stopped into Dispensary Exit 243 for the first time today and was blown away at everything the store had to offer. The layout of the store is clean and professional, unlike some of the dispensaries I have been to down in Denver. Troy was my bud tender and was incredibly kind and helpful in recommending product. From the quality of product to the customer service, everything was top tier. I will absolutely be returning in the near future!

Picked up some Diesel, Sour Diesel, Bleu Cheese & UK Cheese from here which was outstanding. The Sour Diesel & Bleu Cheese were top notch and the Diesel & UK Cheese were well above average. Definitely will be a return customer.
