Good location. Nice staff. Chronically understocked for certain popular brands. Have to go to MDR shops or Hollywood sometimes since Erba is out of stock on my favorite product by the weekend, pretty much every single week, for as long as I can remember. So you can stock up on Tuesday or Wednesday, but they're not a very reliable go to for the weekend, as far as their supply. Their buyer should do better.

These guys are incredible, truly the best customer service I've had in 20 years. There was a issue outside of their control and I reached out about it. That same day, I get a call that leads to the manager Toby. Both he and the customer service rep were wonderful. Toby was SO phenomenally kind, funny, genuine and knowledgeable it blew me away. He made things more than right and was generous beyond what I've ever experienced. He offered me great advice and expanded my knowledge of the products too, using his own personal experience to connect with me. So honestly, this is the only dispensary I'll be using moving forward. Im Lexus, they mostly know who I am i think hehe. I ordered a lot last year, this facility is the only one wirh reasonable prices and dont tax like a freaking maniac. And I've gotten free stuff from the company ALL the time since I bought a lot from there.
