I've been an Eaze customer since 2017, and definitely think their service is at the top of its game right now. They have the best selection on their menus, and do same-day delivery - usually under 90 minutes in my experience. I always go back to Eaze because I know they are a legal service providing safe / legal products. (Be wary of any companies that aren't charging a high tax rate, they are not operating legally...)

They have constantly improved their space and offerings over the past year and a half. I love how fast I can get in and get out and pre covid i would sit out in lounge and enjoy a sesh and work on my laptop. Its probably the most functional and relaxed club in the area. There are others that are great too I just like no nonsense value, bang for your buck deals and its not overpriced just because they have nice wallpaper type of club. They have reped the medical brands and been super helpful to senior citizens over the years. Im down with these people

I recently moved back to Southern Oregon, and needed to find out where the best dispensary was. I checked out a few, I live in CP, but work in Ashland. I swung into The Spot, one day. These guys are incredible, truly the best customer service I've had in 20 years. There was a issue outside of their control and I reached out about it. That same day, I get a call that leads to the manager Toby. Both he and the customer service rep were wonderful. Toby was SO phenomenally kind, funny, genuine and knowledgeable it blew me away. He made things more than right and was generous beyond what I've ever experienced. He offered me great advice and expanded my knowledge of the products too, using his own personal experience to connect with me. So honestly, this is the only dispensary I'll be using moving forward.
