These guys are incredible, truly the best customer service I've had in 20 years. There was a issue outside of their control and I reached out about it. That same day, I get a call that leads to the manager Toby. Both he and the customer service rep were wonderful. Toby was SO phenomenally kind, funny, genuine and knowledgeable it blew me away. He made things more than right and was generous beyond what I've ever experienced. He offered me great advice and expanded my knowledge of the products too, using his own personal experience to connect with me. So honestly, this is the only dispensary I'll be using moving forward. Great shop on Roscoe! Been coming here for years when I'm in the SFV. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are good. I usually get prerolls and flowers here. Strawberries & Creme Cones and the Night Cones are my jam but they have lots of other options. Flower selection is always a plenty. I usually go with PFFN or Creme and I've never been disappointed.
