Very friendly staff. Really like the ambiance as opposed to other stores where I feel exposed because the extra open space and lighting. At this dispensary it feels more earthy, intimate, and calm (the way it should be in my opinion).

The shop itself has such a cool vibe I would absolutely come back. Shout out to security and front desk who were very knowledgeable and friendly! The whole experience was pretty far out.

Great quality on different strains. Im from New York and we see very nice buds out there as well. But The Loft is all top shelf and you can see it through the product. Just picked up some Chemdawg and Super Platinum Og last night. Ive had them before, but wow the quality and how it smoked and tasted was very impressive. 5 STARS *****

This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. During my recent experience, I was helped by Hannah. She took the time to explain their "deal(s)-of-the-day" (a strategy where, working with vendors, they promote products). West Valley Patient Group has some of the best prices (deals) in San Fernando Valley. I have been to most of the dispensaries, west of Van Nuys Blvd. and none of the locations have the price point, friendliness, and safety measures in please like WVPG.

High note gets 10 out of 10. I've been there 4 times. I love the way the place is set up. Super relaxing. I go on Leafly and put in a order. 10-15 mins. later i get a email saying my order is ready. There Staff is always really helpful and SUPER COURTEOUS! I only buy Flower and it's been really Fresh!!! Lots of safe parking. The establishment is really designed well! You just want to hang out. Please support this place, It's the Best.

I am by no means a cannabis expert and to be honest it can get pretty confusing. The budtenders at Mota dit a terrific job of listening to what i was looking for and suggesting products to address them! The CBD Balm was incredible. it took the pains of my weekend warrior activity away in a matter of minutes! No oily residue, no odor just relief! They also suggested a sleep liquid. One dropper and I was fast asleep in 40 minutes. Woke up refreshed with no grogginess! Thank you Mota! I will be back!

Was greeted as soon as I walked in and immediately noticed all the plants, books, and crystals in the showroom. Cannabis products are all high quality and they offer delivery. The staff was very helpful, I will be coming back for another preroll :)
