Twice before while purchasing I had Zack for filling my order. What a knowledgable, kind, professional young man. He reviewed products specific to my questions and symptoms. He even provided multiple web sites and explained full spectrum and products to research with different terpines. I changed dispensaries and now will only go to PGH west, north Fayette. Wasnt a huge fan before but this Melrose is my new go-to. They've stepped up their game recently because the old, dry buds are gone and the flower is DEFINITELY better than it used to be. Fantastic selection, super friendly staff, and have been happy with everything Ive picked up recently.

Can’t wait to get back there and get Triple Scoop. Perpetual hits another home run. Taste has a nice spike to it. The exhale sends you to pandora. Eastern Cannabis is a must or go out of you way to go there. I travel from Beverly. Have no problem dealing with traffic to go there. I pass 5 other dispensaries that are way closer. That’s saying something.

Small and well accommodated! If you have questions, you need only ask. All products and pricing are on display and quite the menu! So happy to shop & support LOCAL growers, too.

Hands down my favorite dispensary in western NY. The staff is super helpful and nice, always giving great recommendations. MTheir flower selection is fantastic, they have something for everyone. I've been going here for a few months and have tried countless different strains and have been satisfied every single time. The flavor never disappoints, buds are trimmed and cured properly, and they smell out of this world. Price wise everything is very fair, top shelf bud goes for $55 an 8th which is amazing. Other than flower they have a wide selection of products from edibles, RSO, disposable vapes and vape cartridges. Plus, a little selection of non-infused snacks and a nice selection of glass. I love Adlai's and I'm sure you will too once you go and check them out.

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a wonderful dispensary that has a great selection to choose from,great prices, and the staff is absolutely wonderful,and you feel very comfortable there,which is great!! This is definitely the best dispensary on the island i highly recommend you guys check it out , staff is awsome and company is not only focused on them but on the clients as well , as they have a loyalty program you can use toward buying flower or many other things
