Just good folks who know their stuff. Popped into Texas Hill Country Vape needing a new tank after mine crapped out. The manager Alexis hooked me up quick – no fuss, no pushing fancy gear I don't need. She was even able to save me a few bucks by throwing in a deal after I was ready to pay sticker price. Place is clean, no annoying music or weird smells. It honestly feels more like a place that's trying to be a part of the community, rather than some sketchy head shop vibe. They stand behind their product's quality and their recommendations have been spot on, which is always a nice peace of mind. If you're around Blanco and want honest help without all the smoke and mirrors, this is your spot. Solid people.

We love this place! Everyone is really nice. We’ve never had a problem here. The atmosphere is relaxed and the team is very helpful, especially the manager. They are able to laugh and joke with us which I find refreshing and relaxing. They also have the best selection in town. They always wear gloves when measuring out the cannabis and use safety precautions. Products are good, we haven’t been let down like at the other dispensaries. This dispensary is the best in town.

Great products second time in and had quite a bit of variety

These people are wonderful, very welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. The budtenders are exceptional and hip individuals that have all only ever treated me with the utmost importance and respect as a customer/patient. Including on my worst days or after I've been cleaning or bathing the dog they are still as courteous as can be. They are appreciative of their clientele and express this with great products and prices. Earlier and later hours are a plus and they even have great sales and have customer appreciation days with barbeques, music, swag and more sales. Often they have a food drive to help with community challenges and awareness. Which I think is again exceptional as well as inspirational and phenomenal. I personally recommend The Chronicle Boutique to anyone and everyone whom appriciate great quality at great prices, terrific deals with Exceptional customer service. please get more half ounce pecos non-ECO. I have now been waiting 3 weeks for this. I have been coming to Pecos Ruidoso only weekly for over 2 years getting my weekly re-up and have never had an issue with your supply. Still have the same 5 Pecos ECO you all have not been able to get rid of for 3 weeks now(no one wants to save $10 for stems and leaves). I have had to find other dispensaries to buy my 5 flower ounces from over the past 3 weeks (popcorn junk compared to what you all use to have)......

The young lady who assisted me and especially my patient who has several infirmities was especially informed about our technical questions. I thought her name was Allison but I was corrected that is was more like Alexis but slightly different spelling. She was a family member of the owners of the impressive Pecos Valley Production. Anyhoo, she was very informative and very good at service. I will also comment we thought the products we bought were of pharma quality for which I had been paying more before. I am from El Paso but recommend the Carlsbad store next to the Albertsons(?) grocery. I was also informed of the Pecos Valley Production store in Sunland Park, NM which is 10 minutes from my location. I highly recommend both stores!!
