I loved talking w/John the pharmacist to expand my knowledge on medical marijuana. He was clear, knowledgeable and caring. He genuinely cared. He made it easy for me to ask questions. The staff was extremely caring and knowledgeable they had an innate way of making you feel comfortable and they were like a team in helping me figure out which strain/ terpenes were best for my conditions. Service was ultra quick. Order on their app and it's usually ready within 30 mins. Haven't tried their delivery service. The selection they carry is very nice from flower to concentrate and all other.

My favorite local dispensary! The staff is super friendly, and generous with their time and knowledge. The prices are pretty great, and I love the Jack’s Pack where you get 3-1g prerolls for $20. Super convenient and affordable! The location is very accessible with tons of free parking. I always take my ESA, Bubba, with me and he’s always met with kindness and treats. Overall, this is just a low key and quality dispensary with kind, passionate folks doing their best work. I really appreciate them.

this is a great dispensary. They are always having sales. the cannabis is top shelf medical. And the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Been to a Dozen shops in Phila. and this Zen has had the best prices and the most knowledgeable and friendly staff which to help you make the right decisions on what to get . As my biggest grip with this industry is so many other shops feel like your intruding on their private social club . Making the correct choice on very expensive product to treat my illnesses is my main concern as I was never a smoker and only got the card at my doctor advice and pushing it at every visit replace all the very harmful medications I was on and never been happier living side effect free.

The customer service here is always great, the staff is knowledgeable and happy to help. Large product variety, online ordering is easy and wait time is minimal. Oh, and aesthetics and cleanliness are always on point...it's like visiting your favorite coffee shop :)
