Amy at Zen Leaf is hands down the best part of the experience. I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries, but the customer service I get from Amy is on an entirely different level. She is incredibly knowledgeable, knows the menu inside and out, and always gives the absolute best recommendations. She is patient, genuinely friendly, and takes the time to make sure you find exactly what you need. It is so rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like she does, and she clearly takes massive pride in her work. Absolute rockstar employee—Zen Leaf is incredibly lucky to have her! If you are stopping in, definitely ask for Amy; she makes the whole experience a 10/10.

Super nice facility, staff is always making sure us patients are taken care of as soon as we hit the door. Online orders are super easy and efficient. One of the staff members enticed me on several products they offer and couldn't be more happy with the result.

I absolutely love Nirvana! I’ve been a regular since December. They have a wide variety of products as well as friendly, knowledgeable staff! The staff is the reason I love going so much. They’re extremely kind and really care about their clients.

Always a quick visit! Excellent customer service! The price match feature makes this my HOME dispensary. I hate giving it such a good review because I will start coming and make it slower. SOTM is the very finest retail store that I've ever been to, and not just Cannabis dispensaries, but all types of retail stores!!! The staff is amazing! Three people that have helped me in my purchase decisions and that treat customers like friends are: Will, Emerald and the owner, Ronnie. Will is very friendly and knowledgeable! Ronnie is a model business owner who works the sales floor often and he knows how to please his customers with his vast Cannabis knowledge, his amazing product variety, his great pricing, his enjoyable, upbeat personality, and his customers come first priority!!! I've had the pleasure of being helped at SOTM by a long time, wonderful floor person, Emerald! She is an inspiration to everyone with her truly beautiful customer interactions. She treats every customer she helps as if they are the most important person with her great communications and uniquely beautiful personality!!! I would drive for over an hour to get to SOTM, because it's truly that uniquely awesome in every way possible!!! I'm lucky to only live 10 minutes away from this jewel of a store!!!

I live in the North Plainfield area so i decided to checkout Good Karma who just opened. I ended up grabbing the Kusala Care Gary Payton 8th, 710 Labs Moonbow 112 8th, and a 710 Labs Z AIO. Was very happy with the quality of all three and the fact I can find 710 Labs closer to my home. The service Jacob provided was fantastic as he was knowledgeable, welcoming and professional. I would definitely come back here next time I need stuff and recommend that you do the same. - Connor

I drove past and was surprised to see a new dispensary before Christmas. I was heading on a long road trip and needed a good battery pack for my carts and instead of selling me a $10 piece of junk, they had shown me a selection of packs to choose from and offered their opinions. I ended up buying one of the more expensive batteries and I absolutely LOVE IT! It's a "Vessel"? and it has different heat settings (unlike the random $10 one the other dispensary sold me) and even shuts itself off when not in use. I also haven't burned any oil. While I was there I took a quick look at their menu and saw strains that I haven't been able to find in a year or so. I am excited to go back & shop their menu!

There were 2 dispensaries/shops very near by my home, which both closed in the blink of an eye. I more often than not just don't have the time to get to/from the locations surrounding me due to my work schedule. To be able to schedule delivery for after I'm home from work, as been so convienient. The delivery drivers are always so pleasant to interact with, and the few times I've had to call the store with questions about specific products or about the delivery itself, the staff has always been very helpful, and has provided exceptional customer service.
