Every time I come here, this place is absolutely phenomenal in service and an abundance of products, including temple balls. Thank you again Ben, the Papa Don Temple Ball is honestly nice to relax to, as well as a great recommendation from you. I would also like to thank the rest of the staff, Wendy was quick and attentive at the front desk. Another staff member explained to me that some of the jars for concentrate are made out of ceramic, not all, but they do exist. Every one is really polite here, we will be returning soon. SOTM is the very finest retail store that I've ever been to, and not just Cannabis dispensaries, but all types of retail stores!!! The staff is amazing! Three people that have helped me in my purchase decisions and that treat customers like friends are: Will, Emerald and the owner, Ronnie. Will is very friendly and knowledgeable! Ronnie is a model business owner who works the sales floor often and he knows how to please his customers with his vast Cannabis knowledge, his amazing product variety, his great pricing, his enjoyable, upbeat personality, and his customers come first priority!!! I've had the pleasure of being helped at SOTM by a long time, wonderful floor person, Emerald! She is an inspiration to everyone with her truly beautiful customer interactions. She treats every customer she helps as if they are the most important person with her great communications and uniquely beautiful personality!!! I would drive for over an hour to get to SOTM, because it's truly that uniquely awesome in every way possible!!! I'm lucky to only live 10 minutes away from this jewel of a store!!!

A great shop! It was a fun purchase, pretty much Dale (I think that was his name - cool dude!), and I just hung out talking about what we like in a high, and he recommended some great strains—walked out with a full allotment and looking forward to coming back.

The staff at Columbia Care are amazing! They’re knowledgeable and have online orders ready within minutes of placing it. They’re also always properly staffed so you’re rarely in there for longer than 10 mins. Only thing I wish is that they’d expand their edibles selection.

I love that every time I come to the drive thru Jamil my bud tender is always happy, friendly, and super helpful. I think he deserves a raise!!!

I Absolutely Love This Dispensary! Everyone there is so knowledgeable, friendly down to earth and just great people.

This was my first time visiting a dispensary, since I recently moved to Maryland. I was made to feel welcome from the time I walked through the main doors. Josh gave excellent help when I was looking for pain relief for my back. He patiently answered my questions about product, strains, etc. I'm not a smoker and prefer edibles, and he gave good suggestions for those as well. It may seem like there isn't a lot of product on the floor, but there is a lot of variety of product; all you have to do is ask. I also liked that they will help you apply for a medical marijuana certificate. That is value-added customer service! I'm a Remedy fan now.

It was a breath of fresh air I am from Amsterdam I'm use to getting coffee and blaze with my friend(s) in a nice environment great staff knowledgeable huge selection of extracts. I t is now a set plan every week with my pal who also never stops I'm hoping for a lil outdoor seating but its chill no ? highly recommend. PPP
