Let me start that the staff is always friendly very helpful and knowledgeable as a first timer I felt very at ease with the whole process I have not been anywhere else (to many horror stories) But always a But right LOL I would like to see some other deals in the ways of percentages off products the only such deal is for a first time customer nothing for the loyal customers

I walked in to make my purchased on a Sunday afternoon. I initially expected it to be busy, but it was actually less than a 5 minute wait. I had the opportunity to work with Tylor and he was all over it. He made great recommendations and also took the time to explain the new dispensable calculations. Thanks again Tylor. I would say just the overall experience at this location with their team has been better than the other surrounding locations.

when we first entered we were greeted by Jessica who was very helpful. We had a pick up order and agent" BRI "completed our order. "Bri" was excellent and took the time to explain how to use the distillate in many different ways. She is an asset to your Company.

I just wanted to give Sam, Carly, Robin and Misty a huge shout out for holding down the dispensary yesterday. I am a brand rep for King City Gardens & often times set up in their lobby for a few hours, and every time I do, it is a wonderful experience! AYR in Eustis is the best in Central Florida. They have the best products, sweet deals, and really nice, knowledgeable people. I've been to other dispensaries and there's no comparison. I have bought from multiple dispensaries and have found Trulieve to have the best products and most efficient service. Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. I hope management comes to realize that her potential is being underutilized, and that she will drive success and prosperity to the company. Thank you Trulieve and Bianca!
