He talked to me about your patient journals, helped me find a strain for my migraines and he was just a joy to talk to.

They care about what you need. They are knowledgeable and always have a pharmacist on hand that can help you with extra details like terps and if it interferes with prescription meds.

This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. Service at the store is great but they rarely answer phone. And when you place an online order, you have to call them and tell them bc the system doesn’t notify them. Kinda defeats the idea of online ordering.

This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose.
