I’m a first time user/buyer. I suffer with neuropathy and was in search of new pain management particularly in the evening when pain is at its worse. I stumbled upon this dispensary and was treated with much respect, kindness and patience from the security guard who explained the process of ordering on line before I stop by, to the gentleman who explained the products. I chose a chocolate bar and the quality was awesome, a small amount did the trick for me as the counter man told me. They are very organized and knowledgeable. I will definitely order from this location in the future. Thank you from an older lady with zero knowledge of this form of pain management.

This dispensary was extremely helpful and the employees are very nice! They walked me through the entire process ok my first visit and made it very easy to understand the process. I had no background in smoking before going to Columbia Care. They could tell I was nervous, and were able to explain the entire process for me. The process is very well organized and the product selection is very good here. I recommend them all the time to my buddies who are might be looking for a new dispensary.

I had a great experience at this dispensary. The staff was friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable—they took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. The atmosphere is clean, relaxed, and welcoming, which makes the whole visit feel comfortable. And most importantly, the product quality is excellent. Everything I picked up was fresh, well-packaged, and worked exactly as expected. Highly recommend stopping in!

Friendly staff willing to talk with you about the best products for what you want, although in store pick up option is nice if you already know what you want. Decent prices and deals if you check often enough.

I have been to another dispensary down the street and I was very frustrated the way they were running the store. When I went to Ethos I was completely happy with the staff and the set up of the store. Customer service was excellent and the products are wonderful. I'm a heavy user for chronic pain, but my liver can't handle my occasional scotch, so I enjoy some recreational use also. I love this little shop. Standard configuration shop with a personable security person at the door as expected and the usual set up with budteneders at the counter, sample cases with a lovely variety of goods to consider while you wait. I've tried 3 other local shops and this is my number one for the following: 1 - Locally owned. Minority owned. LGBTQ+ owned. Employing the same. 2- I know a lot. I always learn more from them. 3-Amazing variety of strains and products. Because I'm primarily a medical user, I have to trust the shop to always have something that will work for my needs. They have never let me down and have gone above and beyond more than once. 4-Always a reasonable price, quantity discounts, good suggestions, and they pay attention to what your needs are. As noted, I use it daily for pain when I must remain alert and coherent, but I also like to try a little 'Saturday Night' bud. They have never steered me wrong. I feel like these are 'my people' and have become my primary source. .

Very clean and well run dispensary. Inventory is updated regularly on their website. Spacious parking lot. They couldnt have picked a better location. A walk away from Dorchester Brewing and the shopping plaza.

I was visiting from another state and they were so accommodating. The cashier even told me about their deals for the day and helped with choosing items.
