I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. Hi Dasher, Dave here I was at one of my favorite dispensaries today. Antidote Michigan Avenue bud tender today was sky. I like this new product they got called ROVE it’s a vape and they sell pods and and they have the regular screw in cart so you suggested I tried one of the new ones premier cured resin. This is the best I’ve had if you go in there ask for Skyler Madison, New York, Lexi Jasmine Lulu they’re all good bud tenders don’t know what your budget is. Let him know if you’re looking for quality or quantity. They can make some really good suggestions. Lexi suggested some bud for my son for Thanksgiving. It was great. Have a good day. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! There is rarely any wait & if there is , it’s not very long , however they never rush you . Today I had Brandon, & again, I couldn’t be happier. I actually pass 2 other dispensaries to go here , I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for always keeping up your standards

I love this place. The staff is friendly and the flower is amazing.

First time going to this Flower Bowl, I always go to the location on Michigan Ave. There is a couple of things right away I like about this location. First thing is, it’s way more spacious than the other one. Second, it’s not located on a dirt road and has a paved parking lot. And, just like the other location, they have a great selection and awesome prices. I’m happy this location opened.

Today i had the lovely experience of shopping with Jennifer. She took the time to guide me to get on an evening edible dose to help me get a better nights sleep. Before i left she asked me next time I’m in to let her know how they worked out taking the two brands of gummies together. I felt she actually cared!

I went in with a list of flower strains that I wanted and then asked a bud tender for recommendations for gummies. He was extremely helpful. I happen to visit the Hamtramck location during "happy hour" and received 15% off my purchases! The location was easy to access, everyone was friendly, and inside was very clean. Would absolutely go back!

I love shopping here, specifically because of Chris he is so kind, and helpful, I have built a personal connection with this bud tender, so I can tell when he is having an off day, which is hilarious because even then, AMAZING service, he goes extra miles to give you the assistance, and guidance you need with your meds even if you are spending 10$. Top tier service and I would tell any stranger on the street that they should work more to be like this young man.
