The customer service is excellent. I’ve been to this dispensary several times. The selection of quarter and half ounce flower is good from craft to budget there’s something for everyone. Yesterday 5/13/26 Heather, Mason, and David went above and beyond with their customer service. I will return.

Erica the security guard greeted me today. She is so nice and really made me feel welcomed. Coco was my budtender. She is always so friendly and kind. She is patient and always has solid suggestions. Awesome daily deals and great rewards program too. Highly recommend. 5 Stars!

Great experience here. I always come for the skywalker flower here at the westmont location. They always have it in stock and overall the employees are great. Will be my go to place to get my skywalker and carts. 10/10

Best delivery bud tender never Rachel does not care what kind of mess I may look like she still greets me with a smile and I truly appreciate her making my day smoother. With an autistic child getting out of the house is a challenge and these guys are great for that they do.

PP has some of the freshest products available online. Have been a consistent customers for a while now. Cristin prepares and ships order fast and accurate. Orders have been arriving in 4 days or less. Shipping use to be free but now $8, from free to $8 quite a jump with no notification and believe it or not, it takes longer for shipping. As much as I have enjoyed PP products shipping is far to expensive and I have found another dispensary that still charges shipping but for almost half of PP and product and prices are just as fresh. So unfortunately I guess I have to say goodbye to PP. LOVE YA MAN!!!!!! I would recommend but ….

The Flower and Concentrate selection is top notch. Not dissimilar to the experience of a traditional dispensary in Cali. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

This place is not like other dispensaries from the vibe to the freebies and colors. (Freebies meaning pizza Friday and free drinks) The atmosphere is out of this world. Never been to a dispensary that feels like a party walking in! I love the new location! The cloud wall is top tier too

EVERYONE is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely dedicated to making your experience incredibly pleasant. The security team, cannabis advisors/senior cannabis advisors, agents in charge, managers/upper management, the very present/involved/hands-on owners and even the adorable shop dog, Emmy, constantly have smiles on their faces and put out good vibes, striving to bring smiles to all the customers as well. I shop here often, both online and in store. It’s a great space, the flower is consistently fantastic, and the prices are reasonable. The location is perfect, especially with Plant Bar inside. When they host events, it’s even better, as you can enjoy the infused drinks from Plant Bar while you’re there. My favorite dispensary.
