Just wanted to say been coming here for a while and it's the place for price, selection, quality, and quantity. But the main thing about clould 9 is the people that work here they go above and beyond to help you and somehow make you fill like your family. There is a big place in my heart for these people without them I would not be able to afford my medicine and I'm seriously disabled it's people like Joe and his mom that keep me believing life still has meaning thank yall for what you do. I go to this dispensary on a regular basis...the vibe is always chill...the budtenders are all amazing and actually have knowledge on the inventory and knowledge in cannabis in general... I have been to dispensaries where the employees either don't smoke and can't give a good recommendation or don't have basic knowledge... These guys know their stuff... I've never had a bad recommendation from any of them... It's in a really convenient location... Hands down one of my absolute favorite places to go

"Everything is great except for the picture of the Avexia pain relief "balm". The picture shows the pump with the lotion, but when I received my order, it turned out that they only had the balm, which is greasy for your hands. I had ordered three bottles of lotion, but received balm instead. That's all." ( I even called to make sure they had it)
