Dispensaries open now in Warren, Ohio

The customer service here is always great, the staff is knowledgeable and happy to help. Large product variety, online ordering is easy and wait time is minimal. Oh, and aesthetics and cleanliness are always on point...it's like visiting your favorite coffee shop :)

They’re a great staff. Quick. And have a drive thru. (shoulda led with that probably).

Absolutely the best dispensary I have ever been to. Amazing experience every time I go.

Everybody is so nice and helpful, especially Gia who always takes the time to help me find what I’m looking for!

Best dispensary in western PA! Great staff, great selection, and very competitive pricing! Stoked to have this spot so close to home!

I drive over an hour, the smoke is always fantastic

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. Every single time I visit this location I am always greeted very warmly. The staff here are all fantastic people and very knowledgeable in their field!

I was in beyond hello 7-18-25 and the CSR at the window Caeden was his name and he found me exactly what I was looking for. He was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable of the product Beyond Hello had. The woman at register 5 that day took very good care of me treated me very nice was very helpful and friendly.

I just wanted to give Sam, Carly, Robin and Misty a huge shout out for holding down the dispensary yesterday. I am a brand rep for King City Gardens & often times set up in their lobby for a few hours, and every time I do, it is a wonderful experience! They are such an educated and kind staff that really takes the extra time to find the best products for you!

Great store with a great team, everyone definitely knows what they’re talking about! My favorite Trulieve location by far.

Staff is always helpful, efficient and pleasant to deal with.

Friendly and awesome staff. I have a great and easy experience every single time.

This place is amazing and the staff are so helpful, been coming to this shop for 2 years now and never disappointed :)

i love doogies, you guys should keep $60 ounces in stock! you're my absolute favorite store but I haven't came in a month or so because you no longer have the $60 ounces

Very welcoming and the edibles and the different buds i have gotten all have been great. the brownies I'd definitely wouldn't suggest eating a whole one. Also have a $5 claw game you can win ozs, edibles, pipes, prerolls and other things.

My favorite place and I’ve been to most best prices on the rez and Curtis provides excellent service. High-quality products at a reasonable price.

I love coming to The Lab! I drive an hour to get there but it’s so worth the drive! Great prices, helpful and friendly staff; overall great place!! I try not to shop anywhere else!! If you’re ever in the area, you should stop by and give them a try!!

Personally, this is our favorite on the Rez. Hand trimmed, organic quality. Even better people. This is always our first stop on our weekend getaways.

amazing friendly and knowledgeable staff. Been shopping here since they opened and I'm always happy with the service and the everything I purchased.

The ice cream cake strain is awesome, and only $23 for the eighth so that was nice, at 25% off. I like the deals they have and their 3 star level product

Let me tell you this, I didn’t dislike anything about this place!! Great prices on a wide range of tiers. Go see Brandi, she’ll get you where you want to be!

Friendly knowledgeable staff was able to recommend really good flower at a good price. Definitely gonna be my go to store

Hands down my favorite dispensary in western NY. The staff is super helpful and nice, always giving great recommendations. MTheir flower selection is fantastic, they have something for everyone. I've been going here for a few months and have tried countless different strains and have been satisfied every single time. The flavor never disappoints, buds are trimmed and cured properly, and they smell out of this world. Price wise everything is very fair, top shelf bud goes for $55 an 8th which is amazing. Other than flower they have a wide selection of products from edibles, RSO, disposable vapes and vape cartridges. Plus, a little selection of non-infused snacks and a nice selection of glass. I love Adlai's and I'm sure you will too once you go and check them out.

This place is good vibe central they know there products and know how to take care of the customer ,great shop best on this side of the territory my daily shop

love that it has the option for delivery, can't thank the owner enough! Great products, and a wonderful owner!
