This place is the best, and has the greatest employees! I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about, sounds like a bunch of Karens wanting special attention and treatment! Literally the review before this one is some woman complaining that a Karen came in and was yelling orders at the clerk, and instead of being understanding and letting the clerk get that belligerent woman out as fast as possible, the reviewer decided to be a Karen too. News flash lady, Pre-rolls take a lot less time than an ounce does, and you spent half the review degrading another customer, you sound like an awful person. I certainly wouldn't want to tell someone that yanked on the door and barged in shouting orders at me to wait while I help another customer, I'd get them out as fast as possible! Sounds like everything was fine until you had to wait because someone else didn't want to, blame the rude customer not the employee or business. Also the reviewer could have stepped in and told the rude customer to wait since they were their first, didn't hear ya say anything about that so you just let it happen and left a rude review, yeah real class act lady. Great place, despicable customers apparently.

I just wanna give a shout out to all the bud tenders. You are all awesome. They treat me like family not like a customer. One cool fact is this was the first place that me and my 82-year mother went together. The bud tenders treated her so great. We both was very satisfied with our purchases and the quality of the product. They are very helpful and Great service!

Even though I said I was in a budget she was great. a lot of places treat you like a homeless person if you say you're on a budget. This place is sooo dope, I get lit just thinking about it, then I'm stupid couched after partaking!!! I have had three conversations with a fish getting rammed by a monkey while skydiving from a hot air balloon after enjoying the fruits of their labor! $100 grams for $10, I'll take 28 plz!! Awesome experience! Long read, BUT please take the time. I couldn't have asked for a better first-time experience for ALL of this. For this being something that's typically "scary" for first time users, you won't have that experience here. A little about my AMAZING experience. When I arrived, I was welcomed by the "door checker." It was chilly out and my first time (One page questionnaire to best serve you) and the "door checker" done his best to quickly sign me in, ensuring I wouldn't get cold. Once signed in I was brought in and asked preference in product to try. Once decision was made, I was taken to the next employee for the next step in the process. I was lead through the process and informed about the different perks/benefits in each of the different product options, ensuring I was comfortable, and knew what I was looking at, before proceeding. Once I chose my products of choice, I was informed of total and given a free T-Shirt, coke-can cooly, and a 20% discount, JUST for being a first-time customer. Paid for products, the products were explained and how to navigate use, if wasn't familiar. Was informed the benefits of each thing that was in the product I purchased and the things it could help with. Was then given an information sheet with the different benefits of things in the products and pharmacist information, should I ever have any questions. Then, was handed my purchased products and walked to the door. There's so much concern, care, love, knowledge, & passion, in these employees & what they do, that it's impossible for it to go unnoticed. For example, the employee that helped me with my decision in product, based on my needs AND preferences, stepped out with me to ensure me that I wasn't alone in my journey and not to be ashamed. That there was no such thing as a dumb question. They were all there with knowledge of different levels and if one didn't know another would. They learn from the pharmacist regularly, in varies ways. Didn't rush me off. Let me talk as long as I wanted/needed. Definitely made sure I knew I was welcomed back anytime. Also informed me about the delivery service option, should I ever want/need to use it. Before the end (and many times during) they ensured me it was ok to ask questions if I had any. the budtenders are coolests. and i gotta tellb ya . blooms is way cheaper, than shreveports HOPE. i was yall coupd have a branch over here in shreveport. cuz those high prices are killen me. but i love blooms so much, id come there every time to get my med. but i dont have a car atm.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I loved the strains I bought. They have some good clones in there as well. Check those out! They seal the product you buy and after opening at home, the package is resealable. I do wish they weighed and packaged in front of the customer though. Very cool folks there. I would recommend you give them a try.
