I opted for pickup, so I can't speak to the delivery service. I placed a large order here and was able to pick it up within a few hours. I pulled into the parking lot and someone was waiting for me. They brought my bag right out and we had a pleasant chat for a minute before I was sent on my way. The bud is high quality, what I'd expect for the advertised prices. I have my eye on a specific strain, and they made it a point to let me know when they would have more in, which I appreciated. There is nothing I can reasonably think of that would have made my shopping experience better. 5/5 all around

When I was TOTALLY hopeless that I would be anything but sick on these next two days because the methadone shuttle didn't pick me up, this place came through in flying colors at the last second and helped me to survive two days of being without my regular meds. First time visiting, awesome atmosphere, right at the start the women checking IDs was so nice and friendly. signed us up for rewards, the budtender was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions and dealt with all my inquiries with a smile on his face.

Best dispensary I’ve ever been to hands down. Sure, I’ve been to places with better bud selection available but their prices are UNMATCHED on almost all fronts excluding like concentrate. Also I’ve never felt so comfortable entering any place of business, every single staff member is so lovely to the point I just want to hang out and talk to them. They’re very knowledgeable on the product as well, you can ask these people anything. Do yourself a favor and visit Sanctuary on your next run because you will be anything but disappointed.

I know people try to push a more "mom & pop" shop to support, rather than a "chain", it does not matter to me, what does is the beautiful smiles and informed, well-educated, young customer service staff. All of the bud tenders are terrific! I’ve been using strictly edibles and I tried original glue flower. It works so well for me, no jittery feeling or excessive sleepiness, a perfect balance. Great product, wish it came in edible form.

I've been hard on ATG in the past. I have to say they've been steadily improving in quality. The Skywalker Kush, 9D4, Chronic and Sherbet Cookies are all top notch. Cant wait for Blueberry to come around again.

Beautiful shop, friendly service, and fantastic product! Flower grown in nearby Hope, ME. Really appreciated how they organized the different strains according to the feeling they impart. Our budtender was kind and wonderfully helpful. I don’t frequent many dispensaries but this was by far my favorite experience yet.

I’m surprised by some of the reviews on here. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. I’ve been in numerous times and everything has always gone well. The staff have been super friendly and helpful. The products are top of the line, and fresh. I have some strains here with harvest dates two weeks ago. That’s fresh and the prices are the best I’ve found. I see some pretty rude customers waiting in line…. Maybe a please and thank you and a tip goes a long way too… I’m a medical patient with a fused back & neck- I manage my pain well going here. I’ve been to many dispensaries being from California and you guys ate awesome! Thank you.
