All of the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The budtenders are more than happy to share their experiences and mini reviews of taste with different strains and are prepared to make recommendations on the spot. They are always getting new inventory and also the returning favorites, and running out of weed is almost something to look forward to so I can return and experience their customer service again.

Really appreciate the experience I had with this dispensary. It was my first time doing store front, usually I order delivery bc I've been intimidated to go out to a store. You can’t beat their 15 dollar 8th deal! For me, it’s like going to Sanrio and getting a mystery grab bag.. may or may not be what you hoped for, but totally worth it :D

I love Apothek! Super friendly & fast! I’ve place an order online and through the phone - service is always stellar. Delivery drivers are really friendly and I’ve never waited longer than 35 min. As a long-time medical patient, and having experience with different types of dispensaries, I felt very welcome by all staff members. The dispensary is very open, organized and clean. Pricing for products seem reasonable. Dionte, the budtender assisting me, was able to verify my identity; provide Medical consultation; was very knowledgeable on products (DOH certified or non-DOH certified); and checked me out at the end.
