The staff is well educated and easy to work with. Budtender Jacob had a keen and thorough understanding of the clones I was seeking. We were able to chat terpenes, medicinal qualities and structure of the plants with ease. I am delighted with the purchase. I drove from Novato to Santa Rosa and am deeelighted I did.

Sparc is a 10/10 dispensary. They do cool events, stampcards and more.

As an Account Manager for Mammoth Distribution, I get to stop into Redwood all the time! They are always happily serving the community, and their flower selection never gets skimpy! Its a great place to be able to get the classic brands, and also some smaller local products! I love shopping here, and working with them professionally! The budtenders are all friends with the customers, and they have some amazing loyal fans of the shop! Stop in on your way up the 101! Every time I’m in I find something I want to buy, so you wont be disappointed!

This was first time there. I was traveling and was checking different dispensary and I decided I liked this one. I read some of the comments and couldn't believe what they were saying. I'll tell you what. This was the best experience I've had in a long time. They are great and professional. Their custermer service.....awesome. you don't find alot of that anymore. Their prices and specials were great. When I walked in the door, it felt good. If I ever pass thru arizona again I will definitely go there. I recommend them highly folks.

I WANT TO SAY THIS IS NOT ABOUT DURANGO ORGANICS SHOP ITSELF but a product they sell called DENVER DAB CO WAX. I got to say can't find any reviews anywhere on this brand even on Google and now I know why first off I bought Wedding Crasher budder wax from Denver Dab Co 61%THC I have some bubble hash that is 59%THC right now from Durango Organics in Cortez Colorado that is FIRE this is the weakest wax I've tried yet in my almost 3 years in Colorado! Now the smell it does not have any smell at all NONE! Not even a wax smell nothing at all. The taste is of fresh cut hay and burnt plastic mixed with Butane and Propane maybe a few other volatile solvents also this is hands down some of the worst wax I have ever had here in Colorado right up there with Dab Labs Wax! Now I have seen one or two other reviews of people saying the same thing I am and I thought well I will give it a try because we live in Cortez Colorado where you never can find any weed it's not like the "State Of Denver" we have 5 or 6 other illegal weed states who come here and totally rape our weed shops till they have nothing left good to choose from New Mexico and Utah do this a lot so I looked at a leafy review and decided to try this brand and strain based on price and it said it tasted fruity my favorite. WOW what a mistake that was. Also some of the reviews I've seen saying this is a good brand and company also helped influence my choice these people saying this must be paid by the company maybe given free wax or something or work for the company because it is complete and total lies BS! If your like me do not waste your $$$ time and feel like being totally raped and losing over $20+ on a gram of un smokeable garbage go with a brand you know and trust I will never again be buying a gram from this company or any new company in Colorado for that matter.

From entering the store, the vibe is positive and relaxing. Having anxiety, being comfortable is important to me. I started reading the google reviews about this business a couple of weeks ago, and I saw mixed reviews. At first I was hesitant on going in there solely based on those reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised. 1. Parking - Very wide amount of parking, and the entrance was easier to find than I thought it would be. 2. Waiting Room- When I first walked in, I saw a row of comfortable chairs, a TV on the wall, and very clean, professional looking. The wait didn't take very long, less than a minute from when I got in to going into the other room. 3. The Product Room - It was bigger than I expected, a clean atmosphere and very organized. All of the products were in plain view of the consumer, so you can tell what you're getting. 4. The Budtenders - Even though it was my first time in there, and I only had the chance to interact with one budtender, she seemed very nice. She seemed passionate about her job, very knowledgeable about the product and seemed relatable. She answered all of my questions, and showed me an assortment of products that she would recommend. I can tell that she likes working there and she respects the customers. 5. Pricing - I only purchased edibles, but to me they were fairly priced, albeit I haven't been to too many dispensaries, so I couldn't really tell you much. They did give a discount for first time customers, and a free pre-roll as well. Speaking on only about the price of the product I purchased, I can say the reviews had me expecting a very high price, but it turned out to be a fair price (for me anyway). Overall, I was pleasantly surprised about my visit there, and I will definitely be going there again for future purchases.
