Was greeted as soon as I walked in and immediately noticed all the plants, books, and crystals in the showroom. Cannabis products are all high quality and they offer delivery. The staff was very helpful, I will be coming back for another preroll :)

The overall service, I personally wouldn't give them just 5 stars, 5 stars seems like too low of a score. This crew went above and beyond not just in asking but also listening. West Valley Patient Group has some of the best prices (deals) in San Fernando Valley. I have been to most of the dispensaries, west of Van Nuys Blvd. and none of the locations have the price point, friendliness, and safety measures in please like WVPG.

Staff was super knowledgeable and store had way more products than what I saw online. They are willing to look for other products you want that they may not currently stock.
