Always super attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and makes sure I leave with every discount I qualify for while also offering new and helpful products. I absolutely love Bask and have been a returning customer for a few years now.

Such a sweet woman and wasn't pushy at all ,let me smell everything I wanted without seeiming like I'm being to much. She was happy to.do it . I called first and they were helpful in letting me know the difference with medical and regular dispensaries which was very nice of whom I spoke with. Cane in. And my cashier Karisa M. Was very helpful, polite. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and also saved me some headaches by telling me to get a fernway indica vape for sleeping help compared to a worse brand. She didn't need to go out if her way. But she did. Like everyone there has for me when I have visited. Thank you. Karisa!

JOHN!! This is for you! I’m a mental health worker in the hospital settings in Boston- this is definitely a need after a long day. On a snow storm that is supposed to come, my weediclesss (as I call it) was not available after I placed my order for delivery. Sir John was AMAZING and so caring to inform me of this and ask if there was anything else I needed. He really listened to what I needed and the current state I was in- just to decompress and get my client’s stories out of my brain so I can decompress and recenter as well. He made me feel seen and heard and feel valued. He tried adding an extra goodie for my birthday that just passed, I chose to give to a homeless person and he said he would give on my behalf.. no one has followed suit and done something like that on my behalf. Someone that may not have an ID or money but may need a break, let them use my weedicles… that’s all I want and John helped me gift it back to someone in need. Thank you John D. I have been a customer of verilife since they opened in Amherst. I really like all of the staff as they are all fantastic customer service reps. They are knowledgeable about the products and how I can get the best medicine for me. As well as pointing out the deals available. The availability of affordable products is becoming extremely limited with variety and cost when it comes to the concentrates though. I am hoping that soon verilife will bring them back because it's getting difficult to drive 8 1/2 miles for extremely expensive concentrates. Another big issue I have with the company itself is the lack of compassion and support for their employees. The employees are the ones who make the company because without them the company would crumble before their eyes. Employees deserve to be treated fairly, with compassion and empathy. Employees deserve to benefit when the company benefits. They deserve a comfortable and relaxing workplace environment. The employees need and deserve standing mats that prevents foot and back pain from standing on concrete for long periods of time. The employees also deserve chairs that provide comfort and maneuverablility in order for them to do well in their job. It has been scientifically proven that the better the company treats its employees the more productive and dedicated to the company they are. So Verilife please get it together and value your employees. Treat your employees with empathy, compassion and kindness. When you treat your employees this way you will keep your employees long term and prevent the revolving door.
