This is the second time I’ve received outstanding service from any dispensary, but twice at the same facility? Yeah, I know. These guys honored my voicemail telling them I got an incomplete order. They immediately called me back and said no problem, we got you, and I still can’t believe it! Best staff anywhere!

Always super attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and makes sure I leave with every discount I qualify for while also offering new and helpful products. The staff were both very knowledgeable, the store was greatly presented, I love the strains we got. My Wife liked the Blue Lobster, my favorite was the Hash Burger.

Mark is amazing. He meets you where you are, attending to what you need, not what products he’s trying push out the door. He’s everything you want in an owner, if you want to learn about the product and the bioscience behind it. I cannot recommend Herbal Solutions any higher… LOL.
