Body and Mind is my dispensary of choice, hands down. From their deals to their knowledgeable budtenders, the customer experience is hard to beat. If you’re in the LB area or passing through, make this your one stop shop.

Overall a great experience — prompt notification that my order was being prepared, great communication when an item I ordered was no longer available, and offered a few good options to replace it. They provided a thirty minute delivery window, and I was pleased (and surprised) that they arrived within it. I'll definitely order again.

The energy in this place is off the charts. Every time I come in here no matter what mood I am they can always put a huge smile on my face. Im a huge Heavy Hitters fan and am always on the lookout for those. If you are looking for a very friendly shop be sure to stop by here!

Im Lexus, they mostly know who I am i think hehe. I ordered a lot last year, this facility is the only one wirh reasonable prices and dont tax like a freaking maniac. And I've gotten free stuff from the company ALL the time since I bought a lot from there.

Whoa, this place is a gem! Stopped by on our way out to the lake and this stop made our day! Easy to find, awesome walkup window with an outdoor menu, but the lady was so nice we had to come inside and then WOW! Beautiful shop, super smart staff, and awesome flower selection. This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. During my recent experience, I was helped by Hannah. She took the time to explain their "deal(s)-of-the-day" (a strategy where, working with vendors, they promote products). Be sure to check them out and holla at Hannah, or any of her awesome colleagues!

I mistakenly complained about a charge on my Credit Card from NUGG. The mistake was all mine - I had forgotten that I asked for a three year membership (vs one year). I was kindly and professionally contacted by NUGG in regard to my comment - including an offer to amend my license. The service that I have received by the professionals at NUGG are outstanding - as are their products! (Sorry guys!!!)
