I love Rootdown! Every location has the most informed Budtenders. They take their time to explain all of their products. They have the best variety. I never go anywhere else.

Taylor and the entire team took such good care of me and being new to Florida from California it helped to get tips on staying safe. Loved the inside of this shop and out of them all in PCB this is my new fav spot. Taylor rules too. She’s funny and so knowledgeable. I bought the Pai Gow Punch Nectar Cured Resin Cart in 0.5 g. This is a hybrid strain sitting at 75.3% THC. This is a really good cart for the day time, it eases my anxiety and helps me relax, but also uplifting and energizing. It's definitely tastes more like weed, but it's still delicious.

I had a very pleasant experience at this dispensary, the Budtenders were very nice and helped me find what I was looking for, The inside is really cool and nice things to look at and do while you wait in line if there is one. very quick and easy and friendly. the prices are pretty good considering the area. I am from Chicago and I have been to every weed place around exit 1 in New Buffalo. This place is hands down the best dispensary I have been to. I had corey or Cory as my bud tender. She was an expert at the strains... I have struggled with the strains that give me the high I'm looking for and she knew exactly what I was explaining to her. She was awesome and friendly and I came home with great strains I can't find in Illinois. The staff also had a computer error they had to fix from my online order and they worked hard to fix the error. I am truly happy I found a dispensary I enjoy and the vibe is awesome. I just bought one of the 510 battery for my vape cartridge and I can't use the charger that came with it. The plug in won't stay in the battery. Why is this happening?
