The people who work there and the service is wonderful! The doctor and his assistant are unethical and not good. For service and the people it is great. Find another doctor! The one that have is crappy!!! Don't care for lying and wasting my time. What a waste, just because they lie? Nope!

Best flower in the area. i loved that its grown 5 miles down the road in Dewey. Customer service is unbeatable. Friendly and professional and I love the one on one time they give each patient. The best dispensary around bar none.

My very first time going to their dispensary was an amazing experience. Very nice and welcoming. Ms. Shey did an outstanding job! She is such a blessing and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! She did more than our Shreveport dispensary would ever do for their patients. I'll definitely be going back just because of her.

I went to Groth my first time today, and I had a really great experience. The guy helping me was really knowledgeable about the products, and the prices were really good. Love the quality of the flower and concentrates. Definately will be back

I love how easy and convenient it is to shop and how knowledgeable employees are about products.

Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

The staff are excellent. They're helpful and knowledgeable. I can ask questions, and they don't make you feel weird about it. It always feels like they're genuinely happy to be there too.

Im sure its not the shops fault for the sudden price change. They are a business and have to follow procedures mandated by people in higher positions! (Owners, hq....) every business has certain procedures, established by higher ups they must practice. Plus if the sale says today or while supplies last , u cant say its their fault or if other patients get their medication because u couldn't make it on time!

I enjoy that there is no waiting room, there is interesting video, nice calm & friendly atmosphere, and the fact that all flower no matter the potency id $9/gm. Very nice.

I am new to this atmosphere, and was in way over my head when I first walked in. But Mr. Kyle made me feel so comfortable and walked me through the difference between the strains and what would work best for me, and I tell you, these night night gummies? They were EXACTLY what I was looking for. Kyle knew his knowledge about every product he brought up. I just told him what my symptoms were and what I was looking for, and I walked out with some night night gummies for night time, and a sativa vape for during the day time. And I see the difference Mr. Kyle was talking about. I just need a few little toots off my vape in the day time, and I have the energy and motivation to get whatever chores I may have, to get done. I highly recommend this place to ANYBODY looking for alternative medications. And if you're lucky, Mr. Kyle will be there, and he'll make you feel so welcomed, and you'll walk out with a lot of information gained. I will see y'all next week. 5 stars for Mr. Kyle!!! Was visiting from out of town. Pulled up in the parking lot guy greeted us outside. Went in showed us a handful of strains all looked and smelt killer. The Budtender was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
